Effective labour market requires the integrated problem-solving orientation and socialization of youth, assessing all the stages of the reproduction of the labour force. Defining the labour supply, as well as potential employers, it can be created an integrated model of education and employment for the modern labor force forming demanded due to the qualification and professional skills, minimizing the structural unemployment among youngers.
