Аннотация

The article summarizes the theoretical principles and practical recommendations on improving the efficiency of enterprises based wholesale re-engineering of business processes. The main aspects of the re-engineering of business processes and focus on determining the nature of technological, organizational and economic aspects. We can see the principles and structure of business process reengineering for wholesale companies. We proved some reengineering types depending on the reasons that may come up in wholesale trade enterprises including influence of the crisis. As a result we can see alternative ways of business processes in logistics basis for the wholesale business.
