Аннотация

The article reveals the principle of subsidiarity control. This article describes the cyclical scheme of hierarchical control. This article describes the circuit cycle management subsidiary. On the basis of the comparison circuit and the subsidiary management hierarchy are the criteria for assessing management effectiveness. The criteria help to select the type of control information depending on the situation.
