Аннотация

In the article the basic concepts of the development process, its types, stages of development, as well as basic aspects of real estate development and subsequent analysis of the impact of the projects on the urban environment. For the development of innovative processes in the investment and the construction industry as a managerial innovation proposed to develop various development schemes. This will improve the efficiency of the process of innovation by improving the processes of construction management.
