The processes of territorial integration of the Ural regions: problems and development prospects
The paper presents a methodology of research of the innovation processes in the economy of the modern macro-regions of Russia. It is proved that in the necessity of «breakthrough» to the new type of economic development contributes to the enhancement of integration as a way of concentration of investment, employment and production resources. The methodology of research of resource maintenance of innovative development based on an adaptation to the problems of inter-regional interaction of the model, which has received the name «the system of interaction of the territories in the framework of the new colonial system».On the basis of it has been allocated three groups of indicators: - the first group of indicators has United in itself the indicators, characterizing the level of innovation development, the second group consists of indicators that reflect the level of development of processing industries in terms of their production, employment, investment resources, the third group has United in itself the indicators reflecting the development of the extractive industries.
