Abstract
The formation and development of competencies of management personnel is a key factor in improving the efficiency of the organization, as it enables the transition to modern technologies. The use of strategically-competence approach in the development of competency management personnel at various levels of government, will allow industrial enterprise corporate type to achieve high productivity.
