How to evaluate the impact of employee training: problems and solutions

Аннотация

Training of employees - an important component of personnel management and human resource development. How to estimate the value of training? In many cases the financial impact of training events is very difficult to measure, or it cannot be measured at all. But it is necessary to show the business impact of training. This article describes the conditions under which it is possible to evaluate the training, using the financial indicators and also introduces the multidimensional integrated approach.
