Prospects of development of the Russian pension system, based on actuarial calculations

Аннотация

The paper touches upon problems of the pension provision of the Russian Federation. The peculiarities of actuarial modeling of the pension system are studied in detail. The build order of the actuarial modeling of the pension system development in Russia is given. Projections of Russian pensioners, size of labor and social pensions are represented based on the actuarial calculations up to 2030. The prognosis the dynamics of the Russian Pension Fund deficit, taking the pension reforms entered in 2015 into account is presented. The ways to make better the pension system in Russia are suggested on the basis of analyses.
