Synergetic approach to the use of theories and models of change management as applied to organizations such as the socio-economic systems

Abstract
The actuality of changes management on the basis of analysis of different theoretical and methodological approaches concerning this problematics is well grounded in the article. It ascertains the interdisciplinary nature, advantages and disadvantages of different concepts and models. The adaptation of the author’s typology of different approaches to changes management, as applied to health care organizations as open socio-economic systems, is proposed in the article. The advisability of adaptation of the author’s typology is confirmed by the results obtained during implementation of changes in the work of municipal health care in Ekaterinburg.
