Abstract
The article deals with actual problems of studying addictive behavior, which determines the infringing properties and qualities of individual subjects of law. The study of addictions is of considerable interest in connection with the study of the causal nature, causality and specific mechanisms for the formation of misconduct. As a result of the research, the authors come to the conclusion that it is advisable to study the problems of behavior together with addictology, in general, where the psychological and legal approach can be the most effective way of integrating the knowledge of offense.
