Аннотация

The article is devoted to the actuality and necessity of state support of small and medium business entities in modern Russia. The criteria of the entrepreneur's classification to small and medium enterprises are considered. The system of State support of small and medium business in Russia is described. The situation with the development of small and medium enterprises in the city of Volgograd is considered, current problems of its functioning and municipal support are described.
