Аннотация

The research objective consists in search and disclosure of ways and mechanisms of realization of acceleration of technological development and innovations.
Following dialectic logic, the author offers a system complex from instruments of economic influence; groups of the methods making a basis of the financial mechanism; the systems of financial security, financing stages, methods of lean production T-TPS in solutions of financial problems of acceleration of technological innovative development of economic systems. Foreign experience of financing of innovative projects taking into account features of the Russian economy and also practical experience and achievements of the Nizhny Novgorod Region of the Russian Federation is considered.
In article ways of additional financing of innovative technological development, increase in competitive advantages and investment attractiveness of domestic innovations are also offered.
