Аннотация

The article studies the problem space of the quality of education services. The legislation of education has been analyzed, which defines the requirements to the contractor and the product. The tendency to establish a quantifiable measures of an education service quality has been revealed. Criteria of education service quality are manifold, which is hindering its juridical specification.
