Abstract
The basics and characteristics of strategic management at the metal enterprises are considered. The stages of development and implementation of enterprise management strategy are structured. The balanced scorecard and process management as tools of achieving the goals are considered. The block diagram of metal enterprises management strategy is presented, in which the groups of process indicators are allocated and the balanced scorecard for the process groups are developed.
