Abstract
The concept of business value and related valuation is often perceived in the framework of statutory cases it mandatory application or business rules introduced in the domestic foreign business partners. Anyway, based on the analysis of practice of Russian companies can be mentioned as the situation successive development of cultural value concept and separate attempts of introduction of indicators for the evaluation of the business. In an observational study covers the issues of application of valuation of business during the implementation of the external and internal strategies in Russian enterprises.
