Аннотация

The article considers the views of scientists on the interpretation of the concept of "network effects" and the classification of their species. Includes the most common theoretical approaches to the assessment and measurement of network effects. Introduced into the scientific circulation and the content of notion «e-neural network effects». The General theoretical approach to the assessment of e-neural network effects as a specific object of intellectual-network property.
