Abstract

The article describes distributed management based on the application of networked systems. The article reveals the content of management principles, which are the basis for the formation of distributed management. The article describes the relationship between hierarchical and matrix control with network-centric control. The article introduces a new concept of structural information correspondence. The article introduces a new concept of semantic information conformity. The article introduces the concept of a harmonizing information flow. The article describes the functions of distributed control centers in this management scheme.
