The article analyzes the state and development of intellectual management. The article proves that methodologically intelligent management is based on a semiotic approach. Intellectual management includes three levels: conceptual, information and operational. The article reveals the content and applied semiotics as the theoretical basis of intellectual management. The article reveals the content of the semiotic system. The article describes the static and dynamic components of the semiotic system. The article describes the relationship between information models and the semiotic system.
