Abstract
In article opposite views of the leading politicians and scientists-economists in questions of structural transformations of domestic productions on which the possibility of sustainable development of the Russian economy depends are considered.
Opportunities and financing terms of raising of producers of non-oil sector of economy are opened. The role and ways of motivation of human resources in increase in a labor contribution to achievement of effective, innovative, competitive, steady production is considered.
The author offers ways and considers the conditions necessary for creation of competitive advantages of domestic manufacturers, increases in investment appeal of the Russian economy, increase in efficiency of productions, motivations of personnel to work.
The interrelation of self-updating of the human capital and the integrated thinking in the field of sustainable development reveals.
