Аннотация

The presented concept of the Project considers the safety and security of personal data on the basis of individual parameters inherent in each person, as measures to protect the individual, society and the state from cyber threats, as part of the implementation of the Smart City project in the Moscow region. The features and innovations of future transformations of the economic system are determined taking into account the processes of informatization and robotization.
