Аннотация

The results of studies of elements in the composition of property complexes of enterprises in the Russian Federation are presented. The analysis of movable and immovable property of economic entities is given. The trend of the coefficients of retirement and renewal in dynamics is studied, and an estimate of the amount of rent in value terms for leased non-residential buildings, structures, machines and equipment, vehicles of construction organizations as part of the property complex of construction organizations is given.
