Аннотация

The course towards modernization and innovative development proclaimed by the country's leadership stimulates the innovation process at enterprises. However, while developing and implementing innovative projects in the activities of the enterprise, the management of enterprises face some barriers caused by the specific features of such projects. The article analyzes the current state of affairs in the field of project management and development of companies in the IT field. The existing problems and prospects in the management system of innovative projects in this area are determined. The article says that when improving the corporate project management system in the organization, some elements of the system are adjusted and certain components are introduced that contribute to an increase in the level of project management.
