Аннотация

The study of innovational platforms as an institution of optimisation of transaction costs in education is of great interest in terms of the need to improve efficiency and quality of education. The article deals with theoretical-methodological and institutional framework for innovational platforms and directions of its operation, focused on reducing transaction costs. In this study, firstly, the characteristic of the innovation platforms is given through qualitative method of economic analysis and the institutional approach; secondly, the features of the formation of the Institute of innovation platforms are observed; thirdly, the basic functional characteristics of this institution are determined. It is concluded that innovational platform is the institution for enhancing the effectiveness of educational services and reducing transaction costs in education.
