The concession mechanism as the tool of the state the investment policy in modern conditions

Аннотация

The system of the economic relations connected with attraction of investments through such tool as concession is based on the general principles of an investment policy of the state which represents a complex of actions for maintenance of an effective utilization of the state and municipal property within the limits of economic system. The main maintenance of the given block is materialized in maintenance of carrying out of a corresponding investment policy of the state on the terms of state-private partnership.
Besides, in work scopes of application of concession contracts are considered, merits and demerits of concession activity in Russia are defined.
