Аннотация

The article discusses specific features of operating holding structures and managing intellectual property in them. Special emphasis has been given to advantages of holdings in comparison to other entreprises which ensure the most effective application of joint efforts not only with a view of creating intellectual property objects but contributing to further holding development. With regard to causes of disbalance in the sphere of innovations, special focus has been given to the necessity of creating in holding structures an intellectual property management system which is aimed at using the integration effects of enterprises.
