Abstract
In the article the review of researches of domestic and foreign organizations, modeling the demand and supply of professions on the labour market. Determined that most of the management functions is transferred to automated systems, robots and machines. The article presents the table containing the list of names of professions that are replaced by automated systems of management of objects and the list of names of professions that are replaced by automated systems in the management of documents. Defined the professions that will be in demand tomorrow (2020), the day after tomorrow" (after 2020), "profession-retired," and your future profession. Described professional skills the jobs of the future. Based on research by the Agency for strategic initiatives and the Moscow school of management SKOLKOVO is defined as the TOP 10 most popular professions of the future. Identified the need to replace old professions. Generated table the jobs of the future according to eaten research school of management "SKOLKOVO". The efficiency of transferring management functions to automated systems.
