Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of external factors on the realizability of innovative projects in low-rise housing construction. Stressing the importance of this sector of economy, the authors formulate the concept of low-rise housing construction. In addition, the article describes and systematizes the factors influencing the implementation of innovative projects in low-rise housing construction. In conclusion, the researchers indicate the role of macro factors in the formation of indicators of low-rise housing construction.
