Аннотация

This paper provides an analytical apparatus for studying the problem of ensuring the safety of personnel aircraft building enterprises on the basis of which formed the author's position on the current situation in the market of labor resources in the sphere of air transport systems. To solve this problem, defined the modern tools used extensively by enterprises of domestic aircraft industry.
