The problems of formation of individual educational trajectory of masters of a direction "Management"
The purpose of the article the necessity of formation of individual educational trajectory based on the individual case of each student according to his level of mastery of the material. The article is devoted to the problem of uneven training of students in master's degree for admission, fragmentation in the level of training and compliance basic knowledge to select the direction of master in students. In article attempt of classification of the trainees in magistracy, according to certain criteria and subsequent broken down into groups in order to adjust the learning process based on the needs of each group, and also shows the forecast of the effectiveness of training in the framework of the proposed technology. Also reviewed positive aspects, a number of objective difficulties in the implementation of individual educational trajectory.
