Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of comprehension of entrepreneurial potential in the innovation-oriented economy. The essence of entrepreneurial aspirations and the conditions for their implementation in various models of the economy are revealed. Entrepreneurial activity is considered as a dynamic process, covering all stages of the formation and development of business. It is shown that the quality and dynamics of entrepreneurial activity are determined by the objective conditions of the external environment. The necessary and sufficient conditions that stimulate the development of innovative entrepreneurship are revealed. The analysis of the factors restraining the innovative activity of business entities in the Russian economy is analyzed. It is shown that for the Russian socio-economic environment, when the problem of transition to an innovation-oriented economy is actualized, the formation of "framework conditions" of entrepreneurship in the economy actualizes the innovative potential of Russian entrepreneurs, which leads to an increase in the number of "highly demanding" entrepreneurship that turns innovation into economic growth.
