Аннотация

The article is devoted to the study of key success factors of a modern medical organization. Considering the various aspects of organization management and analyzing the results of a survey of students of the Saratov State Medical University named after V. I. Razumovsky, the author of the work identifies such factors as the personality of the leader and the image of the medical organization. Particular attention is paid to the innovative activity of the organization, the role of which is compared with the body's immune system.
