Abstract

Choosing a rational and effective algorithm for scheduling at a University is a major task that directly affects the effectiveness of the results obtained. For large universities, even after performing computer optimization using metaheuristic algorithms, there may be conflicts in the classroom Fund, teachers, and other important factors in scheduling. In this regard, we propose a solution using the distribution of services between employees of departments, faculties and dispatchers to achieve optimal results, using interactive and dialog communication, thereby achieving the reduction of conflicts and improving the business processes of the University.
In this article, we developed a model of an interactive scheduling system, designed a database model and a graphical representation of its operation.
