Аннотация

The article offers a simple way to inform managers about the issues that arise at the enterprise. The manager will have an opportunity to get automatic alerts listing areas of the enterprise that need his/her intervention on a mobile phone at any time. This is achieved by comparing the key indicators to their normal range. The current values of the indicators are submitted to the manager's mobile phone by the relevant staff of the enterprise using a simple application. At a negative deviation of any current indicator on the manager's mobile phone an ALARM signal is activated. Depending on the content and importance of the indicator, several modes of notifying the manager of problems are established: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, on demand.
