Аннотация

Formulation of the problem. Involvement in the turnover of unused agricultural land in the Russian Federation today is a problem that needs to be addressed. Priority in the use of agricultural lands, they include arable land, hayfields, pastures, fallow lands, lands occupied by perennial plantations, they are subject to special protection. In practice, we have a large number of abandoned, unused lands that require not only reclamation and restoration, but also additional legal regulation. In this article, we consider the main problems of regulating the turnover of agricultural land. The purpose of the study is an all-sided consideration of the problem of circulation of agricultural land in the Russian Federation. Identification of problems associated with the involvement in the circulation of such lands. Simplification of the legal procedure for the return to circulation of lands that are in shared ownership, unclaimed shares and abandoned lands.
