Аннотация

The relevance and importance of this problem follows from the fact that the foreign and domestic scientific community pays constant attention to the problems of integration of science, education and production. At the same time, the issues of creating integrated structures in this area are not adequately considered in domestic and foreign science and practice. Previously conducted studies analyze and solve the problems of complex formation and development of science, education and production in the context of their interaction, without using the appropriate apparatus of systemic influence (by creating integrated regional educational, scientific and innovative complexes). It is determined that one of the variants of organizational support for the development of innovation in the republic can be the creation of the Tuva Joint Educational and scientific Center on the basis of the Tuva State University and academic science organizations in the republic, the main goals of which can be the consolidation of scientific research on the problems of development of the republic, the initiation of the creation of small innovative enterprises, the formation of the innovation market infrastructure, attracting financial resources to support scientific developments on the principles of fundraising.
