In this article there are directions of development of economics of Sverdlovsk region. Examples of documents that are a base of methodology of digital financial stainability are in this paper. It is make a definition of digital economics. Authors suggest analyzing a classic methodology of business and IT-systems. There are directions of methodology of digital transformation in this article.
