Аннотация

The purpose of the article is to analyze the current level of project management in modern organizations. It is determined that project management is the most effective tool with which you can achieve high results in running a modern business. The characteristics of qualitative and quantitative methods of project management analysis are given and the available statistics of the application of methods in the practice of Russian companies are analyzed. It is concluded that systematic work on the implementation of development projects, the presence of a correlation between the company's strategy and project activities are becoming the main factor for the survival of companies in a highly competitive market.
