Abstract
The purpose of this work is to study the content of the enterprise's human resource management system, its features and relationship with the enterprise's personnel management system. The specifics of approaches to personnel management and human resources management are revealed. It is shown that the enterprise's human resources management system is more complex, strategically significant and includes a personnel management system. The obtained research results can be useful for the practical activities of the enterprise.
