Abstract

This publication is of a methodical nature and contains a description of the stages of statistical research, which ultimate goal - the development of a generalized indicator of the reproduction of the human resources of the scientific and innovation potential of the economic subsystems of the Russian Federation. The empirical base of the research were the time series of indicators of the reproduction of the scientific personnel in the Federal districts and major research centers in 2000-2009.
