Abstract

In article the analysis of foreign experience of the organization and financial maintenance of a housing policy is presented. In particular, target reference points of a housing policy are revealed and considered; the basic categories of subsidies and the corresponding methodical approaches connected with housing financing, increase of availability of habitation and mortgage loans are allocated.
