Resource provision of Russia’s scientific-innovative improving models

Аннотация

In article the current trend of transformation of scientific-innovative infrastructure of Russia is described. Author's approaches to improvement of resource providing are based on methods of the factorial and regression analysis of a multidimensional data array of statistical information. Besides, in article is offered the author's model of optimization of resource ensuring objects of scientific-innovative infrastructure of mesolevel.
