Mechanisms of interaction between the government, business and non-profit sector in addressing social problems

Аннотация

In order to promote the provision of quality social services, priority for national social policy, the author of this article proposes a scheme for the distribution of funds, including the ability to bid and budget allocation scheme involving business sector in the financing and distribution of funds for implementation of the most socially significant projects of NGOs.
