Аннотация

The paper contains an analysis of relevant theoretical and methodological problems of high-tech production transformation in the innovative Russian economy. Discussed the features of the synergistic approach to transformation governance, which is quite unconventional for the domestic economic theory and practice. The same approach is based method of quantum management, are experiencing profound transformation processes.
