Within the framework of this article, out of the entire spectrum of possible risks, the most significant ones are considered, corresponding to the current global agenda of Sustainable Development, the purpose of which is to preserve the planet for the future generation. Risks in this aspect are considered as possible events with negative economic, social and environmental consequences leading to material damage. When identifying and assessing risks, the entire chain of the "life cycle" of waste from their generation, movement and disposal is considered, that is, processing into a recyclable product or return to the environment in the form of a solid, liquid or gaseous form.
