Аннотация

Results of independent audit of efficiency of the Russian ratings of universities are given. It is noted that modern Russian universities possess a different state and have various efficiency of functioning. It is shown that global ratings don't give a full-fledged comparative assessment of all Russian universities. For this purpose it is necessary development and application of the Russian (national) ratings which passed a foreign assessment and recognition. National ratings in Russia provide the government, public and private organizations: Ministry of Education and Science, Agencies, mass media, public associations and private companies.
