Аннотация

This article formulates the actual problems of continuing education that the legal clinic of the Far Eastern Institute of Management has encountered. The study formulated author’s proposals aimed at solving problematic issues of additional legal education of students. In the process of research, methods of scientific knowledge were used: analysis, synthesis, axiological and logical research method. This article may be of interest to a wide range of individuals involved in the free legal aid system. The research findings can be applied in educational activities.
