Theoretical and economic foundations for constructing a mathematical model of development and management of a multi-level socio-economic system of the state

Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the development of the digital economy and its use in the socio-economic management of the development of the Russian Federation. Forecasting, strategic planning, budget in this aspect is a promising direction of the socio-economic development of the state, as well as its constituent parts: regions, municipalities, enterprises, which are the basis of the economy. This line of research creates a methodological basis for the development, implementation of management decisions focused on the priority areas of economic development of the state.
The purpose of the study is to analyze, develop theoretical and methodological provisions for strategic and innovative development and management of the multi-level economic system of the state on the basis of systemic (vector) optimization.
