The structure and dynamics of outsourcing in the regions Eastern Siberia and the Far Eastern Federal District (in the period 2016–2021)

Abstract
This article we presents the results of the analysis of the patterns of development of outsourcing in regions of the Far Eastern Federal District and Eastern Siberia, wish have obtained on the basis of empirical data. We were carried out a comparative analysis of the simulation results for the data which had fixed 2016 and 2021. Based on the results of the analysis of the structural composition of enterprises and methods of correlation and regression analysis, it can be conclude that over the past period of time there have been significant changes both in the structure of the outsourcing market and in the patterns of development. The authors confirmed the conclusion that the use of outsourcing in production activities does not affect gross regional product and volumes of investments in fixed assets. Our results indicate not only the weak introduction of outsourcing into the activities of enterprises and organizations in the Far Eastern Federal District, but also significant changes in the business environment in the context of a global pandemic.
